FlowBabel is a local EPUB reader for iOS 18+. Translation sits on the page via Apple Translation. There is currently no account and no cloud library.

Translation needs a real device on iOS 18 or later. Language packs are managed by Apple’s Translation system.
PDF support is experimental. Layout and extraction may be rough.
On-page translation (EPUB and PDF) can be wrong or awkward. Best for skimming, following along, and getting the gist quickly. Not academic or publishable translation.
Pro is an annual auto-renewing subscription with an introductory trial, billed through Apple. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
