FlowBabel is made by an individual developer. This policy describes how the iOS app handles information.
FlowBabel currently does not require an account, does not run its own backend for your library, and does not sell your data. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in the app.
You import your own EPUB or PDF files. They stay on your device (and in any location you chose in Files, such as iCloud Drive). We do not upload your books to a FlowBabel server.
On-page translation uses Apple’s Translation framework on a compatible device. Language models and translation behavior are provided by Apple. Apple’s privacy policy applies to that system service.
Translation quality varies. Some lines will be wrong or awkward. Fine for getting the gist quickly, not for close or professional reading.
The annual Pro subscription is processed by Apple through StoreKit. Apple handles payment, trial, renewal, and receipts. We do not receive your full payment card details.
If you write to support@flowbabel.com, we receive whatever you put in that message (and standard email metadata). We use it only to reply and to fix issues.
FlowBabel is not directed at children and is not a Kids app. Do not submit personal information about children in support email.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.

FlowBabel 不是儿童 App。请不要在支持邮件里提交儿童的个人信息。
